Construction of BVIEC Administrative Building, Virgin Gorda

Background:

The British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation (BVIEC), a statutory body of the Government of the Virgin Islands, now invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced firms to submit tenders for the Construction of an Administrative Building on Virgin Gorda.

The Procurement method will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process.

Tender submission deadline:

Thursday 27^th August 2026 at 10:00 AM

A Bidder’s Conference/Site Visit is to be held at the proposed site of the VG Admin building located at Virgin Gorda South, Block 4840B, Parcel 568 on Thursday 23^rd July 2026 from 9:00 AM. The Tenderer is advised to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings and obtain for themself on their own responsibility, all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and possibly entering into a Contract.
