TENDER NOTICE: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIESEL FUEL OIL (NO. 2 DIESEL) TO BVIEC

Supply and Delivery of Diesel Fuel Oil (No. 2 Diesel) to the BVI Electricity Corporation, British Virgin Islands
Background:
The British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation (BVIEC), a statutory body of the Government of the Virgin Islands now invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced firms for the Supply of Diesel Fuel Oil (No. 2 Diesel) to the Henry Wilfred Smith Power Station (Tortola, British Virgin Islands) and Anegada Power Station, Anegada, British Virgin Islands.
The Procurement method will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process.

Tender submission deadline:

Bidder’s Conferences and Site Visits are proposed to be held at the Henry Wilfred Smith Power Station, Tortola BVI on Thursday 9th July 2026 from 10:00 AM and at the Anegada Power Station, Anegada, BVI on Friday 10th July 2026 from 9:00 AM. Please note the 7:00 AM departure time for the ferry from the Road Town Ferry terminal to the Setting Point ferry terminal, Anegada.
