System Upgrade

The British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation will be performing required maintenance that will impact your ability to access our eCARe Online Payment Platform. We expect the online payment portal to be offline throughout this scheduled maintenance window. Access to BVIEC website, that is, will still be available.

What is happening: Software upgrade of the Customer Information System

When this is happening: Tuesday, August 13th, starting at 5:00 PM AST.

Expected Downtime: This maintenance is expected to take up to 9 hours to complete. To minimize the impact on our customers, every effort will be made to ensure that access to eCARe is re-established as quickly as possible.

The following services will not be available during this downtime:
