The BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) is pleased to announce that we are now ready to go “GREEN”.  Customers wishing to install distributed generation renewable energy systems are encouraged to either download the Small Scale Renewable Energy Interconnection Application from BVIEC’s website “bvielectricity.com” or hard-copy applications can be collected at branches located at Long Bush Rd, Road Town or the Valley, Virgin Gorda.

Under Sub-regulations (5) of the British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation (Renewable Energy) Regulations, 2018 persons with existing renewable energy systems MUST submit applications in order to bring these systems in compliance with the Act and Regulations.

So let us all work together in doing our part in being good global citizens to planet Earth by mitigating the harmful effects of Climate Change.
