Through our Scholarship Programme, we invest in students who demonstrate academic potential, strong character, and a desire to contribute to the continued growth and resilience of the Virgin Islands.

This programme is offered on an ongoing basis and reflects BVIEC’s commitment to education, community development, and national capacity building.

About the Scholarship Programme

The BVIEC Scholarship Programme provides financial support to eligible Virgin Islanders pursuing studies in disciplines that align with the Corporation’s operational needs and long‑term strategic direction. Recipients may receive assistance with tuition, books, fees, and other approved academic expenses.

The programme is designed to help students gain the knowledge and skills required to contribute to the Territory’s electrical, technical, and administrative workforce.
