The BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) reminds all businesses and individuals who provide goods or services to the Corporation that no work should begin without an official Purchase Order (P.O.), unless a Contractual or Standing Agreement is in place, or payment is made in cash.

This is in accordance with BVIEC’s Financial Procedures, which help ensure transparency and accountability in all transactions.
