Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates to fill the position of RECEPTIONISTHuman Resource Department.

  1. EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

The successful candidate should:

  • Possess the minimum of a High School Diploma;
  • Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years working as a Receptionist;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in an office environment.
  1. SALARY:

The entry level range is Grade 2 which is in the salary scale of $20,800.00 – $35,066.00 per annum. Salary will be determined commensurate with qualification and experience.

3. Duties:

  1. Ensure that all the switchboard is answered in a courteous and efficient manner and transferred to the relevant personnel immediately.
  2. Record all messages accurately and route promptly to the appropriate individual.
  3. Greet customers and visitors directing them appropriately.
  4. Prepare various correspondences for the Human Resource Department.
  5. Ensure that an adequate supply of customer relation forms and employment applications are available at all times.
  6. Assisting with the Office Clerk duties from time to time.
  7. Ensure that all incoming correspondences are delivered to the Executive Secretary daily.
  8. Ensure that all deliveries are accounted appropriately.
  9. Maintaining a good working relationship with all employees of the Corporation.
  10. Any other duties as assigned from time to time within your competence.
