A fixed charge of $2.50 is paid each month or part of a month during which energy is supplied.
A fuel oil surcharge per unit of electricity consumed is added or deducted.
Security Deposit
A security deposit which equals twice the estimated monthly bill is required to be paid by all customers who are renting properties. This deposit is refundable after outstanding bills have been finalized or paid in full.
Non-Payment
Domestic customers are required to pay a reconnection fee of $10.00.
Commercial customers are required to pay a reconnection fee of $20.00.
