Disconnection Notice – Cycle 104
The BVI Electricity Corporation is hereby asking all consumers to make payment on all Electricity bills that are over 30 days, in order to avoid disconnection.
Disconnection will be carried out in the following areas:-
All bills over thirty (30) days are in arrears and consumers are liable to be disconnected.
Consumers who have been disconnected are required to pay arrears in full along with a reconnection fee of $10.00 before supply can be restored. Commercial customers must pay $20.00 before supply can be restored.
The men carrying out disconnection are not permitted to accept any payment on site.
BVIEC is encouraging customers to register online at https://bvielectricity.com to view and pay bills on-line in order to avoid disconnection.
*Customers are reminded that all bills are to be paid by the Due date on the bills to avoid disconnection.
A Cycle is a reference number that consist of the first three digits of your account number and is used to identify an area or zone. For example, account number 102-10000-00 is in cycle 102.
