CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – Finance Department.

  1. EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

The successful candidate should:

  • Possess the minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have at least two (2) years working experience in the related field.

2. SALARY

The entry level range is Grade 2 which is in the salary scale of $20,800.00 – $35,066.00 per annum.  Salary will be determined commensurate with qualification and experience.

3. DUTIES

  1. Ensure that the Corporation’s customers are served in a prompt, courteous and professional manner at all times.
  2. Perform customer transactions based on procedure manual.
  3. Prepare customer service order form based on customer’s request.
  4. Prepare transfer or refund of deposit adjustment forms for review by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  5. Prepare adjustments for credit transfer balances form for review by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  6. Prepare disconnection and reconnection requests as authorized by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  7. Responsible for filing and storage of Corporation’s records, according to policy.
