The BVI Electricity Corporation is hereby asking all consumers to make payment on all Electricity bills that are over 30 days, in order to avoid disconnection.
Disconnection will be carried out in the following areas:-
On Monday April 9th, 2018: Anegada
On Tuesday Apr 10th – Thurs Apr 12th, 2018:
Flemming Street – Road Town – Scatliffe Alley – Botanica Station – Jose Hill – Long Bush – Lower Estate
Customers in these areas are asked to make immediate payments of outstanding Electricity Bills to avoid disconnection.
All bills over thirty (30) days are in arrears and consumers are liable to be disconnected.
Consumers who have been disconnected are required to pay arrears in full along with a reconnection fee of $10.00 before supply can be restored. Commercial customers must pay $20.00 before supply can be restored.
The men carrying out disconnection are not permitted to accept any payment on site.
Bills are sent out on a monthly basis. In the event you do not receive your bill please contact the Corporation immediately and arrange for the outstanding amount to be paid in order to avoid disconnection. Bills can also be viewed and paid on-line at http://bvielectricity.com/
Customers are reminded that all bills are to be paid in full by the Due date on the bills to avoid disconnection.
